This trainer features a 220-pound weight stack in 10-pound increments, paired with aluminum pulleys operating at a 1:1 ratio for the lat and a 2:1 ratio for the low row. All the accessories and attachments are commercial. The aluminum revolving bars include a curl, lat, and straight bars plus an aluminum v-bar. Also included are a tricep rope and padded leg cuff. The attachments include a stainless-steel low row footplate and lat pulldown seat with hold-down pads.

Standing at 101", it fits seamlessly into home or commercial gyms with a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. Laser-cut numbers on both sides of the uprights make adjusting quick and easy.
