What materials are your benches made of?
The Black Hawk flat incline bench is 3” x 3” steel tubing with a 2.5” cushions. Our adjustable flat, incline, decline benches have a 2” x 3” steel mainframe and 3” Hi-Density Cushions. All four of our benches have a 1500 lb weigh capacity.
How long does it take to assemble your benches?
Because the Black Hawk ships to you with the mainframe pre-assembled, assembly time is estimated to be 10 to 15 minutes! Our other benches, depending on your skill level, may take 30 to 45 minutes.
What is the difference between FID bench and Power Bench?
While both benches have similar specs and 1500 lb weight capacity, our Power Series Adjustable Bench has commercial-grade back and seat cushions.
Do you sell replacement bench pads?
Most replacement parts are available through our Service Department. Please email us to inquire about availability and pricing.

What makes the Black Hawk bench stand out from other benches?
The Black Hawk adjustable bench is in a class of its own! Besides the fact that it ships with a pre-assembled mainframe reducing complete assembly time to about 10 minutes, it has a minimal pad gap between cushions which enhances back support.
The bench height is 17.7” inches which is a recognized standard within the industry. The Black Hawk is a massive bench weighing 100 lbs with a 1500 lb weight capacity! However, don’t be afraid of the weight, with the transport wheels it easily moves in and out of your power rack.
