Shipping Policy
Always free shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within two business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is being fulfilled; however, tracking will not be updated until your order has been picked up by the carrier which may be 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information. Ground shipments generally take 3 to 8 business days to be delivered.
Products weighing over 150 lbs. ship with a freight carrier. Delivery is curbside and a signature is required. An agent with the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, therefore, a valid phone number is required. If the freight carrier is unable to contact you at the phone number provided on your order and the shipment is returned, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return.
Return and Refund Policy
XMARK guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you receive an item that is defective/damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with pictures of the item showing the defect/damage. We will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our discretion.
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Returns must include a RA# issued by XMARK upon request by the customer
- Product must be returned, at the buyer's expense, in original packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories
- Refunds are issued upon inspection. Assessments will be made for damage or missing parts
- A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned and on refused shipments
- Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.
