How can I order with mismatched addresses?

Place your order by selecting the PayPal option.  There you can use your credit card with different billing and shipping addresses.  No PayPal account is needed.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we currently only ship to the contiguous United States.

My order says shipped but the carrier shows that it's not received.

This means your label has been printed and the carrier has not scanned it yet.

I only received part of my order.

Some products ship in multiple boxes. While all multi-box orders leave our warehouse at the same time, occasionally we find the carrier may not deliver all at the same time.

When will my order ship?

Products will ship in 5 business days or less.

My product arrived missing parts.

Most products will have some parts preinstalled.  If you attempt to assemble and then have issues, please contact service@xmarkfitness.com with your order number and parts needed.


Where can I get replacement parts for my machine?

You can email service@xmarkfitness.com with the SKU and part needed and they can help you out.


How do I return my product?

Contact us at orders@btxcorp.com for a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Number is good for ten (10) days. Returns must have this number on the return label. Products must be returned, at the buyer's expense, in original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories. The product should be shipped with insurance as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss in return shipping. Refunds are issued upon inspection. Assessments will be made for damage or missing parts. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned and on refused shipments. Your refund will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.

Where is my refund?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a refund to process after it is approved.
