How do I know XMARK has received my order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. Consider adding email@example.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder.
Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure you receive your new order as quickly as possible, we'll start processing your order once it's submitted. There may exist a very small window of time before fulfillment to make a change to your order. When will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped within two business days unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather). To learn more about our shipping, follow this link.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is being fulfilled; however, tracking will not be updated until your order has been picked up by the carrier which may be 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information. Consider adding email@example.com to your contacts, otherwise your tracking email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder.
Why is my order showing shipped but the carrier shows it has not been received?
Your package is waiting to be scanned by carrier.
I received only part of my order...where's the rest of my order?
Some products ship in multiple boxes. While all multi-box orders leave our warehouse at the same time, occasionally we find the carrier may not deliver all at the same time. The rest of your product shouldn't be far behind but you can always track the rest of your shipment on the carrier's website.
HOW CAN I ORDER WITH MISMATCHED ADDRESSES?
Place your order by selecting the PayPal option. There you can use your credit card with different billing and shipping addresses. No PayPal account is needed.

Product I purchased was recently reduced...can I get the sale price?
If we reduce the product you purchased within 72 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org when you receive your delivery and we'll refund the difference back to you.
