Do you offer replacement parts for functional trainers?

Can you add additional weights to the FT weight stacks?
Technically, yes. But adding plates will limit your range of motion.
Can I hire someone to assemble my Functional Trainer?
There are companies across the U.S. that offer assembly services if you prefer not to assemble the product yourself.
What height functional trainer would be best for my space?
We have two heights available for Functional Trainers
- 84” - Functional Trainer with 200lb Weight Stacks. Ideal for those with shorter ceiling clearance
- 90” - Ideal for those with more ceiling clearance
What’s the biggest difference between your functional trainers?

Assembly:
- This is arguably the biggest difference among our functional trainers. Our 230lb Weight Stack FT comes 98% pre-assembled which is a huge time saver!

Are your functional trainers compatible with other brand attachments?
Most often, these kinds of attachments are universal! You’d just need to have a carabiner that fits correctly.
How do I maintain and clean my functional trainer?
To maintain and clean your functional trainer, simply wipe it down regularly with a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and ensure all parts are dry after cleaning to prevent rust.
What is the warranty on your functional trainers?
This product is backed by a lifetime residential frame warranty and one year on hardware, pop pins, pulleys and cables. This warranty excludes wear and tear items, including but not limited to, rubber feet, rubber handles, rubber grips, plastic inserts, rollers, end caps, accessories and expendable parts such as paint, finish and vinyl. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser.
How do I properly adjust the pulleys and attachments on the functional trainer?
1. Identify the desired height or position for the attachment.
2. Use the adjustment mechanism provided by the functional trainer to raise or lower the pulley to the desired height.
3. Ensure that the attachment is securely fastened to the pulley using any locking mechanisms or clips provided.
4. Test the attachment to ensure it moves smoothly along the pulley and there are no obstructions or issues with the adjustment.
5. Repeat the process for any additional attachments or pulleys as needed.
