Orders are normally processed and shipped from our warehouse within two business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipments generally take between 3-8 business days to be delivered within the continental US.  

Please note that products such as this, weighing over 150 lbs, ship with a freight carrier. We offer curbside delivery only and a signature is required. An agent with the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, thus a valid phone number is required. If the freight carrier is unable to contact you at the phone number provided and a freight shipment is returned, you will be responsible for freight charges both ways, in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier.




At XMark, should you need to return a product, we hope the steps below will make your return process as easy as possible.
  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • A Return Authorization Number must be issued by XMark before returning a product.
  • Once issued, the Return Authorization Number is valid for ten (10) days.
  • The product must be returned, at the buyer's expense, in ORIGINAL packaging with ALL documentation, parts and accessories.
  • Product should be shipped with insurance as we cannot be responsible for damage or loss in return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued upon inspection. Assessments will be made for damage or missing parts.
  • 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all products returned and on refused shipments.
  • Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.

XMark guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you receive an item that is defective/damaged, please contact XMark within 30 days of delivery with pictures of the item showing the defect/damage. We will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our discretion.
