The Viper Triceps Dip Handles Rack attachment is built like a tank and will take your chest, shoulders, and triceps to the next level. The angled handles are perfect for targeting those muscle groups, and the 2” grip handles with medium knurling are comfortable on your hands during dips. Plus, the lining protects your rack from scratches caused by metal-on-metal contact. Just like the Viper power rack, this dip station is rock-solid, well-balanced, and secured with a magnetic pin, so there’s no wobbling. This attachment fits 3" x 3" squat racks with 1" holes.
