Out front is a showroom you can actually train in. Behind it sits over 200,000 square feet of warehouse holding the inventory. Most equipment retailers take your order and wait on a shipment — we walk to the back and put it on a pallet. That's the difference between waiting three weeks for a freight truck and loading up the same week.

The floor covers benches, bars and plates through air bikes, leg presses and complete functional trainer systems. If you're local, come lift it. If you're out of town, we'll walk you through the options by phone and ship nationwide.

Local Delivery, Assembly, and Service

Buying a rack online means a freight truck leaves 400 pounds of boxes at the end of your driveway and drives off. We don't do that to our neighbors. Across Shreveport, Bossier City and the surrounding parishes we deliver, carry it in, and assemble it in the room where you'll use it.
